Two sets of double doors lead from the living/dining area onto an extensive lower terrace with steps down to the wonderful lawn and garden surrounding the villa.

The upper terrace can be accessed via double doors from the Master Bedroom and Second Bedrooms both looking onto the garden. The view is to the opposite side of the green valley just left of Almenara golf course.

The garden offers a large area for children to play, or for guests just to relax on a sunbed in the sun or in the natural shade of an old olive tree at the bottom of the garden.

A free-standing barbecue is available for dining al fresco and a large marble table on the lower terrace can accommodate an extended group for dinner. The location of the villa in the peaceful green hillsbehind the busy coastal areas ensures more pleasant temperatures in the summer.
