The following rates apply for 2009. If you would like to check availability or book a holiday at our villa, please contact us. Rates can also be agreed in Pounds if preferred. Discounts possible for more than 2 week rental. Longer term rental can be considered.

Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable 25% deposit of the total rental cost will secure your booking with full settlement payable 8 weeks ahead of arrival.
- A fully refundable charge of 500 euros is applied to all bookings to cover any breakages or damage to the property. The tenant resumes full responsibility for the contents and condition of the villa and is responsible for leaving it in a good and clean condition.
- All bed linen and towels are supplied but the tenant should bring their own beach towels for pool and beach use.
- Check in time: 2 pm onwards; Check out time: 10 am (or by special arrangement).
- The villa sleeps a maximum number of 6 guests comfortably and a cot is available for a baby.
- Pets are regrettably not permitted.
